·    Promotion

-        Develop the game of rugby at all levels throughout Egypt without any sex, race or religious discrimination

-      Promote the game of rugby and its value

-       Assist clubs / schools in their development

-      Provide assistance for the training of coaches and referees

-      Assist in the establishment of national teams

·     Administration

-     Organise and manage championships and cups in Egypt

-     Ensure that the game of rugby is administered in an efficient manner

-     Provide an environment to attract sponsors

-      Generate the best possible awareness of all aspects of the game of rugby

-      Encourage spectators to come to the game of rugby
