PLAYER’S CODE OF GOOD BEHAVIOUR
• Play for the "Enjoyment";
• Play the laws of the game of rugby;
• Never argue with the referee's decision. Let your captain or coach ask any
necessary questions;
• Control your temper- No "mouthing off";
• Regularly attend (arriving in good time and with the appropriate kit) trainings and
matches;
• Pay attention and participate fully in all activities;
• Respect their opponents and their team mates at all times;
REFEREE’S CODE OF GOOD BEHAVIOUR
• Be consistent and objective in decision-making;
• Be a model of good sporting behavior;
• Keep informed of and exercise sound officiating practices;
• Discourage unsporting behavior and promote respect for all participants;
• Do not abuse, threaten or intimidate, either physically or verbally, a coach, player,
or other team official;
• Do not use crude or abusive language or gestures towards other match officials,
players or spectators;
• Do not do anything which is likely to intimidate, offend, insult or humiliate
another participant; and,
• Do not to engage in any activity, that would impair public confidence in the
honest and orderly conduct of matches and competitions or in the integrity and
good character of participants.
